Caris Velazco Sánchez

Caris Velazco Sánchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as Sales Administration Manager and Operational Excellence Head in the Customer Centric & NPD Areas at CMPC since January 2022, Caris has a strong background in optimizing logistics processes, cost reduction, and KPI management from previous roles at Toyota Chile S.A., where responsibilities included overseeing vehicle logistics operations and chain planning. Prior experience includes significant contributions in process improvement and logistics management at General Mills, with a focus on implementing Lean methodologies, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a prior role at Del Monte Andina.
