Rafael Ayala Pinto

Rafael Ayala Pinto possesses extensive experience in environmental management and engineering. Currently serving as the Subgerente Medio Ambiente at CMPC since January 2020, Rafael has held various roles including Jefe de Unidad Medio Ambiente and Ingeniero de Medio Ambiente y Procesos. Prior to this, Rafael worked independently in sales of supplies, materials, and equipment from May 2018 to December 2019. Rafael's experience at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. (October 2008 - May 2018) involved supervisory roles in production operations, focusing on crude and gas extraction, project development, and optimization of production processes across multiple facilities. Rafael holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad De Oriente and a diploma in Strategic Management from UNEXPO.
