Ernest C. Enrique

Ernest C. Enrique, PE, has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at CMS Corporation since May 1, 2014. Prior to this role, Enrique was the President of TolTest, Inc. and served as the Executive Vice President/Partner for Lakeshore TolTest Corporation from October 2009 to April 2014. Additionally, Enrique held the position of Vice President in Charge of the Federal Services Division at TolTest, Inc. from December 1997 to September 2009. Enrique holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University Rafael Urdaneta.
