Tom Topping, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Criticom Monitoring Services since December 2024, focusing on sales, marketing, and team growth within the alarm monitoring industry. As the Founder and President of Training Perfected since January 2018, Tom has become a prominent figure in human resources consulting, corporate training, keynote speaking, and executive coaching across the United States.
