Joydeep Roy Chowdhury

Joydeep Roy Chowdhury currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CMS IT Services since July 2023. Previously, Joydeep held various leadership roles at Wipro, including Head of Workforce Management and Head of Business Operations for the India Business Unit in Order to Cash from November 2020 to September 2023. Joydeep also served as Senior Vice President at Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt Ltd from October 2017 to May 2021 and held the position of Vice President of Partner Governance at Reliance Communication from September 2015 to October 2017. At Mphasis Ltd, Joydeep was Vice President for Emerging BPO, managing significant accounts from October 2013 to August 2015. Starting in April 2011, Joydeep worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd as Head of Contact Center, having grown from Manager to Vice President since joining in June 2002. Earlier experience includes customer care and channel management at Tata Cellular Ltd and a sales and marketing role at Koshika Telecom Ltd. Joydeep began a career in sales as a Trainee Engineer at Das Machinery Corporation. Academic credentials include an MBA with a focus on Marketing and HR, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
