Parvez Ahamed

Parvez Ahamed started their work experience in 2008 as a System Analyst at PC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Parvez then worked as a Technical Team Lead at INS E Solutions Ltd from 2009 to 2011, handling new project installations and providing IT management support. In 2014, they joined CMS IT SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. as an Operations Lead, focusing on problem management, incident management, and team management. Parvez also served as an IT Team Lead at CMS Info Systems Ltd. in the same year. Currently, they are working at CITIUS as an Operations Manager starting from 2017.

Parvez Ahamed obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2012 to 2015. Parvez also completed high school at Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2002-2003. In addition to their formal education, Parvez has obtained multiple certifications including ITIL Intermediate Level (SO) from EXIN in 2016, ITIL from EXIN in 2015, and MCSE from Microsoft in 2011.
