Beth Ward

Beth Ward has over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Beth is currently the Chief People Success Officer at CMSPI, where they focus on creating a more productive global payments ecosystem. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director HR at Alvaria, Inc., leading the HR transformation for the merger of two companies. Beth also held the role of Associate Principal, Director Human Resources at Cooper Carry, where they drove strategic change and efficiency in the business. Beth also served as the Senior Director of People Operations at OutSystems during a period of high growth and change. Beth began their career as the Head of Human Resources at Crump Insurance, overseeing all aspects of HR for over 400 employees. Beth has a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, and business transformation.
