Jenna Birch

Jenna Birch is a Director of People Performance at CMSPI, having held various roles within the organization, including Payments Education Manager, Research Analyst, Payments Consultant, and Product Manager. Jenna completed a PhD at the University of Liverpool's Institute for Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, focusing on network theory in financial markets. Additionally, Jenna earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Liverpool, which included a project with BlackRock. Earlier in their career, Jenna served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Liverpool and interned at Financial Network Analytics.
