Tony Baffour

Tony Baffour, MSHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for CLEAR, overseeing Special Operations, Airports, and Member Care. Previously, Tony held several roles at Amazon, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager within the North American Customer Fulfillment division. Prior to Amazon, Tony was a Human Resources Business Partner at Giant Food and participated in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Domino's. Tony's academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of Louisville, where involvement in Track & Field as a student-athlete was also noted.
