Shahrzad Flanagan

Shahrzad Flanagan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shahrzad currently works as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at CMSPI since January 2019. In this role, they are responsible for recruiting talent across the company's five offices. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant - Business Support at Blayze Group from February 2018 to December 2018. Shahrzad also has experience at Robert Walters, where they held multiple roles including Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant from September 2014 to February 2018. Their responsibilities at Robert Walters included recruiting for various industries such as financial services, property consultancies, and legal firms. Shahrzad Flanagan completed their high school education at Withington Girls' School from 1998 to 2007. Shahrzad then pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Nottingham from 2007 to 2010, majoring in Politics and American Studies. In terms of certifications, Shahrzad obtained the Swift Occupational Ability certification from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company, in August 2019.
