Marlon Jones is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and management. Currently serving as the Texas Regional Engineering Manager at CMT Technical Services since February 2025, Marlon previously held the position of Engineering Director at Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. from January 2021 to February 2025.
