Andrew Collins, PE, is a Project Manager at CMTA, Inc. since January 2019, specializing in developing, designing, and managing energy-saving renovation projects for educational institutions, government entities, and healthcare facilities. Collins has successfully managed over $60 million in commercial building renovations and has conducted energy audits for more than 100 MUSH facilities, focusing on high-performance and energy-efficient upgrades.
