Celeste Fieberg

Celeste Fieberg is a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager specializing in Energy Solutions at CMTA, Inc., since July 2022. In this role, Fieberg focuses on upgrading facilities and reducing energy consumption through Guaranteed Energy Savings Contracts, overseeing investment-grade audits, utility rate analyses, building modeling, and project development. Prior to this, Fieberg served as a Mechanical Engineer - Energy Solutions at Lafayette College, where research included developing an optimization algorithm in MATLAB for shifting residential electric water heating loads and presenting findings at multiple conferences. Additional experience includes an internship at Berkeley Lab in the Energy Efficiency Standards department, where Fieberg studied refrigerator test procedures and conducted uncertainty analyses, and a Clare Boothe Luce Scholarship project also at Lafayette College focused on shifting electric hot water heater loads. Fieberg holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in German from Lafayette College, completed in 2022.
