Shawna Winters

Shawna Winters is a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2022. Currently employed at CMTA, Inc. since October 2024, Shawna previously served as a Mechanical Engineer I at Hallam-ICS from June 2022 to September 2024, and as a Mechanical Engineer Intern there from May 2021 to August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Landscaper at Pride Property Management from July 2017 to December 2020, where Shawna collaborated with a team to maintain and restore properties, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where modeling and designing nature-inspired microstructures enhanced the strength of composites. Shawna also coached volleyball for girls aged 10-14 at Connecticut Sports Center, LLC, while managing facility operations and scheduling.
