Julie Hallqvist

Julie Hallqvist currently serves as an Account Development Manager at CMTC, where the focus is on supporting California manufacturers through programs such as California Manufacturers Advantage since August 2016. Prior to this role, Julie was the Corporate Sales Director at PCM, managing outbound call centers for the West Coast territory from November 2013 to July 2016. Julie's extensive experience includes a significant tenure as Sales Manager at Arrow Electronics from January 1999 to November 2013, overseeing hardware and service sales teams for the Oracle Group, targeting Oracle certified Value Added resellers in the Western Territory. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned from 1990 to 1996, and completed an educational program at eCornell from 2019 to 2020.
