Tina Millan

Tina Millan is a seasoned professional in program management and project controls, currently serving as Director of Strategic Growth at CMTS LLC since February 2024, where responsibilities include expanding service offerings for capital improvement programs. Previously held the position of Vice President Aviation Market Director at TRC Companies, Inc., leading the firm's entry into the aviation sector. Tina has extensive experience in executive roles at Aegis Project Controls, WSP USA, Turner & Townsend, and Parsons, contributing to key projects, including the management of capital programs for major airports. With a foundation in public administration and urban planning from Florida International University and a BA in History from Tufts University, Tina also holds a certification from Northwestern University’s Summer Negotiation Institute.
