Rosana Castanho

Rosana Castanho is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Legal Advisor at CMVM - Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários since September 2021, Rosana previously worked at HALX Advogados SPRL as an Associate Lawyer and Trainee Lawyer from May 2018 to August 2021. Additional experience includes volunteering at PRO BONO PORTUGAL, providing legal consultancy for NOVA LEP - Law Entrepreneurship Project, and interning at Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo. Rosana contributed to judicial testimony analysis at Veritas - Perícias Técnicas, Lda, and provided support to the legal office at Município de Vendas Novas during a summer internship. Rosana holds a Master's degree in Law and Financial Markets from NOVA School of Law and has completed various educational programs, including a recent postgraduate course in banking, stock, and insurance law at Universidade de Coimbra.
