Borka Ilievska Begikj

Borka Ilievska Begikj is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and sales management. Currently serving as General Manager at CMX Solutions GmbH since January 2015, Borka oversees operations in multiple countries and manages a workforce of over 350 employees. Previously, Borka held significant roles at Makedonski Telekom AD, including Head of Sales Project Management Office and Acting Head of Sales Support Office, where responsibilities involved coordinating strategic projects, implementing CRM programs, and enhancing sales processes. Earlier career experience includes positions at T-Mobile Macedonia and MobiMak, focusing on quality management, customer experience design, and project management. Borka holds a Master of Science in Management (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
