Andy Tidwell-Neal

Andy Tidwell-Neal currently serves as Managing Director - Coverage Counsel at CNA Insurance since December 2022, leading a team that provides coverage advice on first party, marine, professional liability, and financial lines claims. Previously, Andy held the position of Director - Strategic Coverage Counsel, focusing on first-party and specialty claims. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner and Associate Attorney at Sudekum, Cassidy & Shulruff, Chtd., where responsibilities encompassed first-party insurance coverage litigation, extra contractual damages, commercial litigation, and investigations. Andy also gained experience as an intern at the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office and a law clerk at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, participating in various legal proceedings and research tasks. Additionally, Andy was a football player for the New York Football Giants after signing a free-agent contract in 2005. Andy holds a JD from Marquette University Law School and a B.S. in Management with a focus on Finance from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
