Duane Lee

Duane Lee is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Associate Vice President at CNA Insurance since September 2022. Previously, Duane held several key roles at American Family Insurance from January 1998 to September 2022, including Business Systems IT Transformation Director, Guidewire Cloud Foundations Lead, and DevOps Director. Throughout these positions, Duane managed large teams, implemented core business solutions across multiple platforms, and drove strategic initiatives for cloud-based capabilities. Earlier career efforts included software development at HBOC, where Duane worked on various projects using Microsoft Access and Unix. Duane holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
