Gaganpreet Randhawa is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, compliance, security, and disaster recovery. At CNA Insurance, Gaganpreet held the positions of Assistant Vice President and Director of Enterprise Architecture, where responsibilities included developing strategies and transformation plans for architecture simplification and technology modernization. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Allstate, focusing on compliance, security, software development, and business relationship management, along with a consultancy position at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where Gaganpreet contributed to distance learning initiatives. Gaganpreet holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.
