Heather Giordano

Heather Giordano is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CNA Insurance since May 2019, Heather previously held significant positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from January 2017 to May 2019, including Associate Vice President and Divisional Vice President of Human Resources. Heather's earlier career at Motorola Solutions and Motorola featured roles such as Senior Director of Talent Management and Director of Global HR Change Management. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Business Administration from Dominican University and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
