Joseph Noonan

Joseph Noonan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in reinsurance and commercial litigation. Currently serving as the Reinsurance Contracts Director at CNA Insurance since January 2018, Joseph previously held the position of Equity Partner at Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd from September 2002 to January 2018. Additionally, Joseph contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Philosophy at the University of Utah, where involvement spanned from 1993 to 1999. Joseph Noonan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Ph.D. (ABD) in Philosophy from the University of Utah, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America. The educational journey began at Divine Child High School and continued at Sacred Heart Major Seminary College.
