Kathy Kubik

Kathy Kubik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and administrative management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Pride Employee Resource Group at CNA Insurance, Kathy facilitates diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while managing high-level administrative tasks as an Executive Staff Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at PGIM Real Estate Finance, where Kathy effectively managed a busy schedule and communication flow, and at Sagus International, where Kathy advanced from a Marketing Specialist to Senior Executive Assistant to the President. Kathy’s career also includes significant positions at organizations such as Waste Management NZ Ltd, Sara Lee, and Bank One, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in English from DePaul University and a diploma in Secretarial Business from Fox College.
