Kevin Robertson

Kevin Robertson is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations at CNA Insurance since November 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Associate Director of Employee Relations at UBC from October 2023 to October 2025 and worked as HR Manager for Associate Relations at Garmin from May 2022 to October 2023. Kevin's extensive background in associate relations includes roles at Cerner Corporation, where responsibilities increased from Associate Relations Partner to Lead Associate Relations Partner from 2015 to 2022. Earlier career highlights include serving as HR Business Partner at Black & Veatch and District Compliance Manager at Kiewit. Kevin began the professional journey as HR Compliance Officer at Celltron, Inc. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from The University of Kansas.
