Mike Coffey

Mike Coffey has extensive experience in the legal and insurance sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at CNA Insurance since January 1996, focusing on transactional support and investment compliance. Previously, Mike worked as an Attorney At Law at Allstate Insurance Company, where responsibilities included resolving compliance matters and developing corporate strategies, and at Rieck and Crotty PC, where assistance was provided with securities offerings and corporate matters. Mike holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a JD in Corporate and Securities Law from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, in addition to a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
