Mike Kraft

Mike Kraft has extensive experience in the field of compensation and HR analytics, currently serving as Senior Vice President for Compensation and HR Analytics at CNA Insurance since January 2017. Prior to this role, Mike was the Director of Compensation at Navigant from December 2010 to January 2017, and a Managing Consultant specializing in executive compensation and business strategy at RSM US LLP between October 2005 and December 2010. Earlier in their career, Mike held the position of Senior Underwriter II at Great American Insurance Group from June 2001 to October 2005. Academically, Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a degree in Finance, both from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing the MBA in 2019 and the undergraduate degree in 2003.
