Sreenivas Gouraram

Sreenivas Gouraram is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in systems development and application management. Currently serving as AVP and Systems Development & Guidewire Platform Lead at CNA Insurance since April 2021, Sreenivas previously held multiple roles at American Family Insurance from July 2006 to April 2021, including Technology Solutions Manager and Software Architect. Prior to that, Sreenivas worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Lands' End and as a Senior Programmer at Covansys, contributing to significant projects such as the Y2K pilot for Lands' End. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at the National Industrial Development Corporation in India, overseeing construction project design. Sreenivas holds a Master of Engineering in Remote Sensing and Photogrammetric Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Osmania University.
