Vanessa Jones

Vanessa Jones currently serves as Compliance Director at CNA Insurance, a position held since January 1987. In this role, Vanessa is responsible for maintaining procedures related to closed claim reporting documents and creating performance standards while processing weekly and monthly reports to monitor results. Prior to this, Vanessa worked as a Supervisor at LaSalle National Bank from December 1978 until January 1987. Vanessa holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Policy and Law from Walden University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business from Chicago State University (2006-2010).
