W. Daniel Moore has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding key leadership roles such as SVP Head of CAO Shared Services and SVP Claim Shared Services at CNA Insurance, as well as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Claims Officer and SVP Head of Operations at QBE North America. Previously, W. Daniel Moore served as Chief Claims & Risk Services Officer (interim) at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and held various roles including Vice President - Claims & Risk Services and Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO. W. Daniel Moore began professional life at Braun Consulting as a Senior Manager focused on Operations & Transformation and was a CRM Consultant at Grant Thornton. Educationally, W. Daniel Moore is pursuing studies at Indiana University Bloomington and holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Brigham Young University, obtained in 1999.
