David Tran

David Tran is a seasoned underwriting professional with extensive experience in the surety industry. Currently serving as an Underwriting Consultant and previously as an Underwriting Specialist at CNA Surety since April 2022, David has honed expertise in contract surety. Prior to this role, David worked at Berkley Surety Group as an Underwriter - Contract Surety from September 2019 to April 2022, and gained foundational experience as an Associate Underwriter - Contract Surety and Surety Bond Underwriter Trainee at International Fidelity Insurance Company from August 2018 to August 2019. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Central Washington University, with additional educational credentials from Washington State University.
