Geoffrey Boynard

Geoffrey Boynard is currently the Directeur adjoint - Service Urbanisme Réglementaire at Communauté d'Agglomération de La Rochelle, where they oversee urbanism procedures and manage various thematic areas. They have previously served as Responsable Développement Economique et Urbanisme at SIVOM canton de Montendre and held the role of Responsable Cellule Accueil et Procédures en Urbanisme at Mairie de la Rochelle. Geoffrey has also worked at GrandLyon Habitat and SARL 3Y, and currently teaches urbanism and land development as a Professor Associé at Cnam. They hold a Master's degree in Urbanism from Institut d'Urbanisme de Lyon and an engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure des Géomètres Topographes.
