Katie Ashworth

Katie Ashworth has a diverse work experience. Katie started their career at Midsouth Bank as a Teller in 2001. In 2005, they joined CNB Bank & Trust, N.A., where they held various roles. Katie started as a CRM Coordinator/Marketing Assistant, responsible for implementing CRM processes and procedures to establish better customer relationships. Katie also coordinated sales training and coaching and tracked sales results. Later, they became the CRM Officer & Training Coordinator, where they purchased and customized CRM software for over 200 employees and managed its successful implementation. Currently, Katie holds the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at CNB Bank & Trust, N.A.
