James Brice Rogers

James Brice Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James Brice began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Communications Technician from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director at Forager Group in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, James held simultaneous roles as an Operations Manager at both SOFX Inc. and Industrica Inc./Forager Systems. At SOFX Inc., they spearheaded operations management, strategic marketing, and proposal development. James Brice also provided operations management for SOFX Jobs/SOFX Talent, an online employment solution for special forces and veteran job seekers. In their role at Industrica Inc./Forager Systems, they steered strategic direction, developed business plans, and facilitated business growth. In 2017, James worked as a Personal Banker at PNC before joining The Conway National Bank in 2018. At Conway National Bank, they have held various roles including Lender, Banking Officer, and Assistant Vice President.
