Ari Levy

Ari Levy is a seasoned financial journalist with extensive experience in technology reporting. Since June 2014, Ari has served as a Senior Technology Reporter at CNBC, focusing on emerging technology trends and breaking news on deals and dealmakers. Prior to this role, Ari worked at Bloomberg News from June 2003 to May 2014 as a Technology Editor and Technology and Finance Reporter, specializing in venture capital, startups, Internet trends, and the financial crisis, with in-depth coverage of West Coast banks and Wall Street. Ari began the career as an Analyst at Thacher Associates from January 2000 to May 2003 and held various positions at the Open Society Institute from August 1998 to December 1999. Ari holds a Master of Arts in Business Journalism from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Clark University.
