Debby Carreau serves as the YPO Deputy Global Chairman since July 2024 and is the CEO and Founder of Inspired HR Ltd, Canada's largest human resources outsourcing firm, established in March 2007. Alongside these roles, Debby is a Board Member and Special Advisor at Fulmer & Company, a Board Member at the Palix Foundation Alberta Family Wellness Initiative, and the Chair of the Board of Governors at Collingwood School. Debby also contributes to CNBC and has held various positions such as Vice Chair of the Human Resources Committee at the University of Calgary's Board of Governors.
