Sergi Consul Pacareu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sergi started their career as a graduate research/teaching assistant at La Salle BCN, where they worked on analog electronics and microelectronics. Sergi also served as an event manager for the FIRST LEGO League Barcelona.

Continuing their career, Sergi worked as a machine learning instructor at CIM UPC and as a CTO at Kamleon. Sergi is currently working as a collaborator at Lighthouse DIG. Additionally, Sergi has taken up the role of a machine learning lecturer at Institut de Formació Continua IL3 - Universitat de Barcelona (UB).
