Heather Norcross is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Recruitment & Onboarding at Mastercam since May 2018, Heather has previously held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist at BlumShapiro from August 2010 to May 2018, Human Resources Representative at Skylightsys from August 2008 to August 2010, and HR/Recruiting Assistant at Brant Publications from August 2006 to June 2008. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Quinnipiac University.
