Léo Raoul has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Léo is currently the Head of Transformation at CNC24 since November 2022. Previously, they worked at INFARM from 2016 to 2022, where they held several positions including Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives, Operational Excellence Team Lead, Production Manager, and Project Manager. Before that, they worked at Blue Industry & Science from 2013 to 2015 as a Manufacturing and Production Manager and a Product Development & Industrialisation Project Manager. Léo also had entrepreneurial experience at ALPhANOV in 2013, where they worked on two start-up projects. Additionally, they had part-time work as an R&D apprentice engineer at HORIBA Scientific in 2012 and an R&D engineer internship at the same company earlier that year. Léo also had an internship at Crédit Agricole CIB in 2011, where they automated the processing of global financial data.

Léo Raoul has a diverse education history. Léo began their academic journey at Lycée Saint Louis in Paris from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued studies in PCSI PC*. Following this, Léo joined Institut d'Optique Graduate School from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Engineering Honors Degree, Diplôme d'Ingénieur. Léo'sfield of study during this time was Optics & Laser Engineering, with a major in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Lastly, Léo pursued further education at ESCP Business School from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Master in European Business. Léo'sfocus for this degree was in Business Administration and Management, General.
