Monica Lasheras

Monica Lasheras has extensive experience in commercial roles within the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as a Commercial Delegate at CND® since September 2014, Monica focuses on increasing sales among existing clients, expanding the client portfolio, providing product knowledge, and conducting training sessions. Prior to CND®, Monica worked at ALFAPARF Cosmetics from April 2009 to July 2013, where responsibilities included selling products to hair salons. Earlier experience includes a position as Technical-Commercial at Joico from February 2007 to May 2009, where Monica enhanced sales with existing clients through technical advice and training while also growing the client base.
