Sridhar Dasari has over 15 years of experience in IT recruiting. Sridhar began their career in 2006 as an IT Recruiter at Spectraforce Technologies Inc, where they were responsible for assigning requirements to team members, customizing resumes, and conducting quality analysis. In 2008, they joined Advent Global Solutions Inc as a Sr. IT Recruiter, focusing on recruiting permanent, contractual, and contract-to-hire positions. Sridhar then moved to EGEN Solutions Inc in 2009, where they served as a Sr. IT Recruiter, owning full-cycle recruiting and maintaining candidate-client relationships.
