Elias Pardon is an experienced professional in system integration and business process automation, currently serving as the System Integration Team Lead at De Lijn since September 2021. With a broad background that includes roles such as Senior Integration Specialist and Managed Services Consultant at Cnext, as well as Technology Integration Specialist at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, Elias has developed a strong expertise in integrating technology solutions for various organizations. Previous positions also include consultancy roles at Tradcom and Essent, where skills in Biztalk development and business process automation were honed. Elias holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia and Communication Technology from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
