Nedra Johnson, M.Ed, is a Senior Executive specializing in leadership development, strategy, and equity, currently serving as SVP of Leadership Development Programs at CNEXT Partners. With prior roles including Principal at Heidrick & Struggles and Director of the Learning Innovations Team at Duke Corporate Education, Nedra has a strong background in enhancing corporate leadership practices. They were also Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships at Singularity University. Currently, they are pursuing an M.Ed in Global Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, demonstrating a commitment to leveraging education and technology for positive change.
