Shu Chen

Shu Chen has extensive work experience in risk management, analytics, and decision science. They currently hold the position of Chief Risk and Analytics Officer at CNG Holdings, Inc since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Axcess Financial, where they served as the Chief Analytics Executive from January 2020 to April 2021. Shu also held various roles at Axcess Financial, including Sr. Director of Marketing Analytics, Director of Marketing Analytics, and Lead of Decision Science, from 2014 to 2020. Before joining Axcess Financial, Shu worked as a Risk Modeler at JPMorgan Chase from July 2012 to September 2014, and as a Senior Business Analyst at HSBC Card Services from January 2011 to July 2012. They started their career as a Statistical Research Associate at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from May 2009 to December 2010.

Shu Chen's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled in Peking University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. They studied at Peking University for four years, graduating in 2005. Following that, Shu Chen attended the University of Konstanz from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Master's degree in Economics and Finance. Finally, in 2007, Shu Chen enrolled in Oregon State University and completed a Master's degree in Statistics by 2009.
