Akshit Chauhan

Akshit Chauhan is an experienced intellectual property professional with a focus on agricultural and heavy construction machinery. Currently serving as an Intellectual Property Associate at CNH since May 2025, Akshit specializes in patent searches, innovation strategies, and competitor monitoring. Prior to CNH, Akshit worked at Evalueserve from February 2020 to May 2025, initially as a Senior Research Analyst and later as a Consultant, managing a team and facilitating client needs regarding patentability and freedom to operate studies. Akshit began a career in intellectual property at TT Consultants from January 2017 to January 2020, conducting comprehensive patent searches and client interactions. Educational qualifications include an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chandigarh Engineering College, complemented by advanced training in patent searching from Wipo.
