Aldo Lucente

Aldo Lucente is an R&D Hydraulic and Pneumatic Modules Manager at CNH Industrial, where they manage a team of engineers and oversee the development of hydraulic and pneumatic systems for small and medium tractors. With over ten years of experience in the CNHi R&D department, Aldo has successfully contributed to the market launch of three new tractors and has extensive expertise in complex project management. Their previous experience includes roles as a Quality Manager at Graziani Francesco srl and a Back-office Operator at Abramo Customer Care S.p.A. Aldo holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università della Calabria and additional qualifications in Project Management and Hydraulics from Bologna Business School and Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
