Andrea Rodella

Andrea Rodella serves as Vice President, Chief Enterprise Architect, and Platform Engineering at CNH Industrial since June 2013. In this role, Andrea leads the strategic adoption of advanced technologies and drives a composable enterprise architecture strategy. Andrea has pioneered the implementation of next-generation AI technologies and is responsible for optimizing decision-making and driving innovation. Previously, as Senior Director, Andrea led digital transformation initiatives, managed a diverse international team, and conceptualized the Digital/Cloud native platform. Andrea's earlier roles include significant contributions to connected services, telematics, and customer care at CNH Industrial and other companies, including Iveco and IBM, where Andrea managed teams and oversaw technology-related projects.
