Bob Keating

Bob Keating is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and financial operations, currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer for CNHI Financial Services at CNH Industrial since June 2004. In this role, Bob oversees accounting operations and financial reporting for a $20B global captive finance division, leading a global team of over 70. Key accomplishments include the integration of financial services divisions, driving efficiency improvements, and implementing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance measures. Previous positions held include Global Controller/Chief Accounting Officer and Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where Bob significantly improved internal controls and financial processes. Before joining CNH Industrial, Bob worked at Ernst & Young for 15 years in various audit roles, managing significant financial and operational audits. Bob holds a BS in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
