Brad Jackson

Brad Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical product management and customer support within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Group Technical Product Manager at CNH Industrial since February 2019, Brad leads the Technical Product Management function and fosters collaboration across various teams to enhance product performance and customer value. Previous roles include Global Customer Success Central Support Leader, where Brad developed a centralized support organization focused on Digital & Precision solutions, and multiple managerial positions at John Deere, including Global Customer Support Contact Center Manager and Global Dealer Technical Assistance Center Manager.
