Daniele Maggiolini

Daniele Maggiolini currently serves as the Global Head of Corporate Development for the Agriculture segment at CNH Industrial, overseeing corporate development initiatives for a $20 billion segment. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, Daniele played a key role in a $2.1 billion acquisition of NASDAQ:RAVN and supports inorganic growth across multiple regions. Previous roles include leading aftermarket solutions and channel development, as well as holding sales and marketing positions across the Asia Pacific. Daniele also holds leadership positions within CNH Industrial Ventures and serves as a board observer for companies such as EarthOptics and Gearflow. Educational credentials include an Executive Scholar Program from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and a BS in Management from Università della Calabria.
